Sonia Yoshioka-Carroll

A native New Zealander, Sonia was blessed with a multi-cultural upbringing, enjoying the lifestyle afforded in New Zealand alongside a daily exposure to Japanese culture. A self-confessed read-aholic, she admits to reading fish & chip wrappers when there’s nothing else on hand.

Sonia’s eclectic interests range from the performing arts to motor sport, running half-marathons to bungy jumping and she’s got the travel bug really bad.

The thought of travelling the world sampling vineyards and going to the theatre is very appealing (having grown up in a premium wine growing region in New Zealand – the sun-kissed Hawkes’ Bay) but the commute to her daughters’ schools would be a killer.

Over the years, Sonia has worked in a number of multi-national companies at a variety of levels. She’s always looking for new challenges and ways to use her skills, loves interacting with a variety of people and working as a part of a team to promote success and achieving her true potential.
